License and purchase terms

These terms apply to licenses for Dawamee Business bought on this website. The seller is Colored Digital Pages for Information Technology (Digital Pages), Amman, Jordan.

What you buy

A digitally signed license key that enables the modules of the chosen plan, for its number of users, throughout the license period (one year) from the start date in the key, plus the grace days stated in the plan.

Payment and renewal

• The price shown before you pay is the amount charged, once, through Digital Pages Pay.
• The license does not renew automatically and nothing is charged without your request.
• A renewal buys a new period that starts the day after the key you paste ends, or on the day of payment if that key has already expired.
• Digital Pages Pay sends a payment receipt, which is not a tax invoice.

License holder and use

The license holder’s name is signed into the key and cannot be changed later. The license is for the holder and their organisation; it may not be resold or shared with others. The key carries its start and end dates, which the app checks against the computer’s date.

Delivery

The key is shown on this website as soon as the payment is confirmed and is sent to the email address you entered. If it has not arrived within an hour, write to us with your order reference.

When the license ends

After the license and its grace days end, the app pauses data operations until a valid key is activated. Your data remains yours and stays where it is.

Limits

The suite is business software, not legal, accounting or tax advice; your organisation is responsible for its configuration and for reviewing statutory outputs. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license period concerned.

Refunds and governing law

Refunds follow the payments & refunds policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
