Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the Dawamee Business website collects, including when you buy a license, and how we use it. The website is operated by Colored Digital Pages for Information Technology (Digital Pages), Amman, Jordan.

What we collect when you buy

• The license holder name, which is signed into the key.
• The full name, email address and language of the person paying.
• For a renewal: the current license number and end date, as read from the key you paste. We do not keep the old key itself.
• Payment references sent by Digital Pages Pay: order and receipt numbers, the payment id, the amount and the currency.

What we do not collect

Card details are entered only on the Digital Pages Pay page and processed by HyperPay; card numbers never reach us. We use no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

Storage in your browser

The website keeps your chosen language and theme in your browser, together with the reference and private access code of your latest order so it can show you the result after payment. You can remove them by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Technical logs

The server records IP addresses and requests for a short time for security and abuse prevention. The website serves its fonts and libraries from its own server.

Why we use it

• To issue your license key and send it to you.
• To confirm payments and handle refunds.
• To answer support requests.
• To meet accounting and legal requirements.

Who we share it with

Digital Pages Pay and HyperPay to take the payment and send the receipt, the email provider that delivers the license email, and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

Data in the desktop app

Your organisation’s data stays in the app on your computer or on the data server you choose, and the app does not send it to us. License checks happen offline. Optional services you configure yourself, such as email, AI providers or JoFotara, connect to the provider you choose.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records while they are needed to support your license and for as long as accounting and tax law requires. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete what the law does not require us to keep, write to payroll@digital-pages.work.
